AscendAllies Participation Policy
The following policy shall apply to all matters relating to AscendAllies participation in RFPs and tenders:

Promotion
AscendMind Technologies, through its AscendAllies and directly, shall promote products to government institutions, agencies, GLCs, and corporate sectors.

System Integrator Role
As a System Integrator (SI), AscendMind Technologies may participate in RFPs and tenders unrelated to its principals, subject to qualification and project viability.

AscendAllies Participation
Existing and newly approved AscendAllies shall be permitted to participate in relevant RFPs and tenders.

Dual-Track System Integration
Aligning strategies, reducing conflict, and maximizing win rates with AscendAllies

Principal Product Selection
AscendMind Technologies shall not participate in principal product selection under any RFP or tender.

Direct Participation
In the absence of a AscendAllies for a specific RFP or tender, AscendMind may participate directly.

Eligibility and Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
- Applicable only to active AscendAllies with a signed AscendMind Technologies Reseller Agreement.
- AscendAllies must achieve and maintain good standing (no overdue payments, compliance with policies).
- Rebates/commissions apply only to qualified sales (i.e., registered deals approved in CRM).
- For Annual Turnover Rebates: only sales closed and invoiced within the financial year are counted.
Terms & Conditions
- Rebates are calculated on the net bill amount after standard discounts and are payable quarterly.
- Payment timeline: Rebates/commissions are released only after
- AscendMind Technologies receives full payment from the end customer. The payment will be released 5 working days at the end of each quarter.
AscendMind Technologies reserves the right to claw back commissions/rebates if sales are cancelled or payments are refunded or the annual turnover are not reached. - Eligibility for rebates is subject to AscendAllies compliance with branding, marketing, and reporting requirements.
- AscendMind Technologies has the right to revise discount/rebate structures and any other content where applicable, with updated versions published on the website with 30 days’ advance notice.
